PRESIDENT, CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER

Jose's specialty is Qualitative research, conducting interviews, hosting usability studies, launching surveys and planning a design direction from a "people first" approach. 

Professionally, Jose has applied his knowledge working in the Big Tech and Fintech spaces with organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Meta, Facebook. 

Jose started in User Experience Research  from his passion and interest in how people solve problems. His training comes from the Savannah College of Art & Design where he earned his master's degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Human Computer Interaction and User Experience Design and Research. Jose also has earned a certification in Generative AI for Digital Transformation from MIT. 

When not thinking about problem solving, Jose is driving his 1973 IH Scout down a backwoods trail.

PARTNER, CHIEF DATA OFFICER

Lauren specializes in Quantitative research, product analytics, survey research, metric generation, cognitive testing, and data security/privacy. 

Her Big Tech tenure at Amazon and Meta refined her skills in applying a data-driven, user-centric approach to PaaS/SaaS, e-commerce, and digital media.

Lauren fell into user research while studying "how people think"  with degrees in cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychology from the University of Virginia and University of Chicago.  She further enhanced her skills in research science with an AI/ML certification from CalTech. 

Outside of research, Lauren enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and dogs, watching mixed martial arts, and experimenting with baking!
